The bottle unscrambler with mould inserter (puck) is suitable for bottles that are not sufficiently stable for independent transport (bottles with a wide shoulder / not stackable, too small, top-heavy, …).
Another possible application: With several different containers, transport forms reduce the need for additional size parts in the filling and closing machine.
The machine is also suitable for complicated bottle shapes and delivers an output of up to 130 bottles/min (depending on the bottle shape).
