Closing machine for screw caps type VTR –
BREITNER Filling machines
Closing machine for screw caps type VTR overview
The linear closing machine type VTR is the highly flexible solution for screw and push-on closures as well as closures with dip tube.
All essential movements of the machine are driven by servo motors. They can therefore be easily and quickly adapted to different containers and closures.
The containers are transferred from the conveyor belt to a transport starwheel, which fixes them precisely under the screw spindle. This transport is servo-motor controlled and thus flexibly adjustable.
The screw head is also equipped with a servo drive as standard: this also allows, for example, aligned closures to be processed and the closing process to be monitored.
Plugs/droppers can be pressed in before screwing and dust caps/measuring cups can be put on after screwing.
All closing functions bundled in one machine possible: Insertion of stoppers / droppers (optional) Pressing on / screwing on of closures Screwing of closures with dip tube Placing of dust caps/measuring cups (optional) |
Closure feed: reliably horizontal, transfer to the screw head via pick and place
Centring for the neck of the container | Changeover: Easy thanks to interchangeable size parts and programmable servo axes
EX protection (ATEX) (optional) |
Output rate: 60/min (screw caps) 40/min (for caps with dip tube) |
Container diameter/width: up to 150 mm
Container height: up to 350 mm | Screwing torque up to 8 Nm
All adjustment positions with scale, counter or via servo drive | Format memory for 100 containers, incl. setting list for the adjustment positions
Graphical user interface with display of operating states | Password-protected user levels |
