Continues closing machine for canister type VSL overview
The linear closing machine type VSL is specially optimised for processing large containers (canisters) that are closed in continuous flow via a screw head that moves with the container. This screw head can be moved at high speed by a robot arm, resulting in a high output.
Even canisters filled to the brim can be reliably closed without spilling over and with high output. This is because in closing machines in which the canister is stopped for screwing, the output is limited by spilling over.
The screw head is also equipped with a servo drive as standard: This also allows, for example, aligned closures to be processed and the closing process to be monitored.
