The Intermittent rotary closing machine type VSP is the highly flexible solution for screw and push-on closures.
All essential movements of the machine are driven by servo motors. This allows them to be easily and quickly adapted to different containers and closures.
The containers are transferred from the conveyor belt to a transport starwheel, which fixes them precisely under the screwdriving spindle. This transport is servo-motor controlled and thus flexibly adjustable.
The screw spindle is also equipped with a servo drive as standard: This also allows, for example, aligned closures to be processed and the closing process to be monitored.
The VCP machine variant also allows a stopper/dropper to be pressed into the bottle before screwing and then a measuring cup or dust cap to be fitted.
