LINEAR FILLING MACHINE TYPE IDL / MDL OVERVIEW

The linear filling machine type IDL/MDL is the widely applicable, flexible solution for filling a wide variety of products into diverse container shapes and sizes. The intelligent open-loop and closed-loop control functions support clean and precise filling, even with special bottle shapes (e.g. with very waisted bottles) and problematic product properties (e.g. highly foaming cleaning agents).

The linear design almost completely eliminates size parts. This means that the machine can be converted quickly and easily when processing different containers. Even small batches can be handled with low set-up costs.

IDL Inductive flow measurement: for electrically conductive products (conductivity > 50 µS/cm). This is a particularly economical method with high accuracy.

MDL Mass flow measurement (Coriolis force measurement): also for electrically non-conductive products and for filling under explosion-proof conditions. The method also provides high filling accuracy.
