The piston filling machine type KDS is the ideal solution for filling highly viscous and chunky products such as jam, honey or creams. The intelligent open and closed-loop control functions support clean and precise filling and increase the dosing range of the design-specific fixed piston size.
The linear design almost completely eliminates size parts. This means that the machine can be converted quickly and easily when processing different containers. Even small batches can be handled with low set-up costs.
